The above named Trust/Institute has filed an application in Form No. 10A on 20,03,2014 Which has been created / constitution on 06,10,2012 are registered with Charity Commissioner / Registrar of Society on 06,11,2012
Accordingly, the Trust/Institution has been registered u/s. 12AA of the I.T. Act 1961, with effect from 20,03,2014 (i.e. F.Y.-2013-14 and A.Y. 2014-2015)
This certificate testifies to the fact of registration u/s. 12AA of the I.T. Act, 1961 only. It does not confer any right or entitlement regarding operation of Sections 11, 12, & 13 or any other provision of the IT Act, 1961 which is to be decided by the Assessing Officer on merits.
This Certificate is issued subject to following condition:
The trust should be irrevocable. However, for some reason trust is to be dissolved then no property would go to any founder, settler, trustee or donor, member etc but the properties after meeting liabilities would go to some other trust carrying on similar activities. The transfer of properties, if any, should be as per the provision of Gujarat Public Trust Act.
